  1. I really enjoy daily prayer with the Irish Jesuits on my computer.

I would also say that daily readings of Catholic blogs and newspapers, so you know what is going on with the Catholic Church. Sometimes, it will bring inspiration for prayer.

  2. To number 3, I would add that a real one-volume Liturgy of the Hours might be a better and more authentic investment. If you’re hesitant, as I was, “Shorter Christian Prayer” is only $5 more than the current digital edition of “Give Us This Day,” and you can use that for the rest of your life.

To number 16, I would add to pray when you don’t really feel like it. Persistence and perseverance can break down the mightiest wall. St. Monica had to pray for decades for her wayward son, but he became SAINT Augustine, one of the greatest thinkers of Western civilization.

  3. It is very in helpful to have fellow Catholics that you pray with at least once a week (outside of Sunday Mass). This could be all men, all women, couples, etc.

You might say the Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet,or Lectio Divina.

Committing to weekly group prayer has tremendous benefits, one of which is strengthening your daily prayers.
